  3. A second chance offer

When an auction ends and your bid is the highest at or above the reserve, you win. We tell you by notice and e-mail, and an order is created at your winning price.

Pay for the domain#

  1. Open the order under My Purchases. The auction also shows as won in My Bids.
  2. Choose a payment method and pay before the deadline on the order. Auction orders have their own payment deadline.
  3. Give your transfer details.
  4. Confirm receipt when the domain is in your registrar account.

If you do not pay#

An unpaid winning bid hurts the seller. When the deadline passes, the order is cancelled, and the seller may offer the domain to the next bidder. A member who wins and does not pay may lose the right to bid. Read the Auction Rules.

A second chance offer#

If you were the runner-up, or the auction ended below the reserve with your bid on top, the seller may offer you the domain. You get a notice with an order to pay, at your own bid. You are free to pay it or let it expire.

Tip: before you bid, check that you can pay with one of the methods offered, in time.
