Terms of Service

1. The service

AIODomain ("the marketplace") lets registered members list domain names for sale and lets buyers purchase them, make offers or bid in auctions. We are not a party to the sale between buyer and seller; we provide the platform, the verification tools and the transaction process.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and give true information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe and switch on two-factor authentication.

3. Listings

You may only list domains you own and control. Listings must not infringe trademarks or other rights, and must not contain misleading information. We may remove any listing and suspend any account that breaks these terms.

4. Sales and fees

A sale is binding once a Buy Now purchase is paid, an offer is accepted or an auction is won above the reserve. The marketplace charges the seller a commission of 10% of the sale price unless another rate is agreed. Fees are shown before you confirm.

5. Transfers and payouts

The seller must transfer the domain within the deadline shown in the transaction. The buyer must confirm receipt promptly. Payouts are released after the buyer confirms or the confirmation deadline passes without a dispute.

6. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute inside the transaction. Our team decides on the evidence provided. Our decision on the transaction funds is final within the marketplace; it does not limit your legal rights.

7. Liability

The marketplace is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the conduct of other members.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; we announce material changes on the site and by e-mail. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
