Payment methods and deadlines

Every purchase on AIODomain is an order. You pay on the order page, with one of the payment methods the marketplace has switched on.

Which methods you may see#

The list depends on the marketplace, your currency and the amount. It can include card payments, PayPal, regional wallets and bank transfer. Some methods only appear for amounts within their limits.

How to pay#

1. Open the order under My Purchases.
2. Pick a payment method and press Use this method. The total updates if the method adds a payment fee.
3. Follow the steps. Most methods send you to the payment provider and back.
4. When the provider confirms the payment, the order shows Payment received and the seller is told.

The payment deadline#

Each order shows the time left to pay. The domain is reserved for you until then. We send a reminder before it runs out. When the deadline passes, the order expires and the domain goes back on the market.

Cancelling an order#

You can cancel an order until you pay. Press Cancel order on the order page. After payment, an order can only end with a completed transfer or a refund. See Refunds.

Tip: pay with the same name as on your account. It avoids delays when a payment is checked.
