A purchase is refunded in full when the seller fails to transfer the domain within the transaction deadline, or when a dispute is decided in the buyer's favour. Marketplace fees paid by a buyer are refunded together with the purchase. Once the buyer has confirmed receipt of the domain the sale is complete and cannot be refunded through the marketplace.
