Bids are binding. A bid placed in the last minutes extends the auction by a short anti-sniping window. The highest bid at or above the reserve wins. The winner must pay within 3 days; a non-paying bidder may be suspended and the domain re-auctioned. Shill bidding and bid manipulation lead to a permanent ban.
