Password, devices and sign-in history
Open Security in your member menu to manage how you sign in.
Change your password#
- Go to Security and find the Password card.
- Enter your current password and the new one twice.
- Save. Use a long password that you do not use on any other site.
Forgot it? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We e-mail you a reset link.
Devices and sessions#
- Devices signed in lists every browser that is signed in now. Use Sign out all other devices if you see one you do not know.
- Known and trusted devices are the browsers you used before. A sign-in from a new device sends you an alert.
- Sign-in history and Security events show recent sign-ins and changes to your account.
Change your e-mail address#
Under Account Settings you can give a new address. You confirm with your password, and we send a link to the new address. The change happens when you click it.

Change your password, sign out other devices, switch on two-factor sign-in and open a ticket so our team can check the account.
