Notification settings: e-mail, push and SMS

AIODomain tells you when something happens: a new offer, a payment, a transfer step, a reply to a ticket. You choose how you hear about each kind of event.

The channels#

• Bell: the notification appears on the site, under the bell in the top bar and on the Notifications page.
• E-mail: a message to the address on your account.
• Push: a notice from your browser, even when the site is closed. You must enable it on each device.
• SMS: a text message, offered only for some kinds of events and only when the marketplace sends texts. You verify your phone number first.

Change your choices#

1. Open Account Settings, Notifications.
2. Tick the channels you want for each kind of event.
3. To get push notices, press the button to enable this device and allow notifications when the browser asks.
4. To get SMS, enter your phone number and type the code we send you.
5. Save.

Tip: keep e-mail on for orders, transfers and payouts. These have deadlines.
