Download your data or close your account
You can download a copy of your data at any time, and you can close your account when you no longer need it.
Download your data#
The export is a file with your profile, listings, watchlist, saved searches, conversation list and tickets. Passwords and secrets are never in it. You find it on the close account page under Account Settings.
Before you close#
- Finish or cancel your open orders, offers and auctions.
- Transfer every domain you have sold.
- Request a payout of your available balance.
How to close your account#
- Open the close account page under Account Settings.
- Enter your password and tick the box to show that you understand.
- Press Send me the confirmation link.
- Open the e-mail and confirm. Your account closes then.
Closing removes your personal data from the site. Records of past sales are kept where the law requires it. Read the Privacy Policy to learn more.
Changed your mind before you clicked the link? Do nothing and the account stays open.
