  1. For the buyer
  2. For the seller
  3. If the buyer does not pay

When an offer is accepted, the sale is agreed. The listing shows Sale agreed and leaves the market for other buyers. Other open offers on the domain are declined.

For the buyer#

  1. An order is created for you at the agreed price. You find it under My Purchases.
  2. Open it, choose a payment method and pay before the deadline.
  3. Give your transfer details so the seller knows where to send the domain.
  4. Confirm receipt when the domain is in your registrar account.

For the seller#

  1. Wait for the payment. You get a notice when it arrives, and the sale appears under My Sales.
  2. Transfer the domain only after the order shows it is paid.
  3. Mark the order transferred with a note that says what you did.

If the buyer does not pay#

The order expires after the payment deadline. The domain goes back on the market, and the seller can accept another offer.

Tip for sellers: never transfer a domain before the order page says it is paid. A screenshot or an e-mail is not proof of payment.
