Offers on your listings arrive under Offers received & made. You get a notice for each new offer and each counter.

Your choices#

  • Accept: the sale is agreed at that amount and the buyer pays through the checkout.
  • Counter: send a new amount. Use Send counter offer.
  • Decline: close the offer. Give a short reason; it helps the buyer.
  • Message: ask a question without changing the price.

Set expectations on the listing#

  1. Open the listing in My Domains and edit it.
  2. Set a Minimum offer. Offers below it are refused before they reach you.
  3. On an offer-only listing, an Asking price tells buyers what you hope for.
  4. Choose Buy Now + Make an Offer to let buyers pay at once or negotiate.

Good habits#

  • Answer every offer before it expires. Fast replies improve your response rate on your profile.
  • Counter instead of declining when an offer is close.
  • Accept only offers you are ready to honour. An accepted offer is a sale.
