Add a payout method and request a payout

Money in your available balance is paid to you when you request a payout.

Add a payout method#

1. Open Payouts and find Payout methods.
2. Choose a kind: bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, bKash, Nagad, Payoneer or another way, as offered.
3. Fill in the details. They are stored encrypted.
4. Set one method as your default.

Request a payout#

1. In Request a payout, enter the amount, or press Request everything.
2. Pick the payout method.
3. Check the payout fee, if any, and press Request payout.

The amount is locked while our finance team processes it. They approve it, send the money and mark it paid with a reference. You get a notice at each step.

Rules#

• There is a minimum payout amount. The form tells you what it is.
• The marketplace may ask you to complete identity verification before your first payout.
• You can cancel a request with Cancel this request while it has not been processed.
• If a request is rejected, the reason is shown and the money returns to your available balance.

Tip: check the account name on your payout method. It must match the name on your bank or wallet account.
