Invoices

Every order has an invoice. It lists the domain, the price, any fees, tax, discounts and the total.
Find and download an invoice#
- Open Invoices in your member menu.
- Find the order by its number or date.
- Open it and download the PDF.
The invoice is also linked from the order page under My Purchases.
What an invoice shows#
- The invoice number, the order number and the date.
- Your billing details and the marketplace's company details.
- Each line: the domain or plan, fees, tax and any discount.
- The total and whether it is paid.
Billing details on the invoice#
The invoice uses the name, company, address and country on your account. Update them in Account Settings before you place the order, so the invoice is right the first time.
Membership payments#
Plan payments are orders too, so they have invoices in the same list. See Membership plans explained.
Need a correction?#
If a detail on a paid invoice is wrong, open a ticket with the order number and the correct details.
