Pay by bank transfer
When bank transfer is offered, you send the money from your own bank to the account shown on the order page. Our team then confirms the payment by hand.
Step by step#
- On the order page choose Bank transfer.
- Note the bank details and the exact amount in the currency shown.
- Write the order number as the payment reference. This is how we match your money to your order.
- Make the transfer from your bank.
- Back on the order page, enter the reference from your bank receipt and press I have sent the payment.
The order then shows that you reported a payment. When the money arrives, our team confirms it and the order becomes paid. You get a notice.
Good to know#
- Bank transfers take longer than card payments. Send the money well before the payment deadline.
- Your bank may charge its own fees. Make sure the full amount arrives. A short payment is marked as underpaid and the order waits.
- Pressing the button does not pay the order. Only the money arriving does.
