Ask a broker to sell your domain
On this page
Owners of high-value names can let a broker find a buyer. The broker prices the name, markets it to likely buyers and negotiates for you.
Send a request#
- Open the Broker Service page and choose to sell a domain.
- Name the domain. If it is listed on AIODomain already, link the listing.
- Tell the broker your target price and anything that adds value: age, history, traffic or past offers.
- Send the request.
You can have one open broker request per domain.
What happens next#
- A broker is assigned and replies in the thread under Broker Service.
- The status shows where the request stands: assigned, in progress, negotiating, agreed and completed.
- When a buyer agrees, the sale runs as a normal order: the buyer pays, you transfer, the buyer confirms.
Good to know#
- Keep the domain verified and renewed while the broker works.
- Tell the broker if you sell the name elsewhere, and withdraw the request.
- Ask the broker which fee applies to your deal before you agree a price.
