Want a domain that is not for sale, or would rather not negotiate yourself? Our brokers contact the owner, negotiate for you and handle the deal through the marketplace.

Send a request#

  1. Open the Broker Service page and choose to buy a domain.
  2. Enter the domain you want and your budget range. There is a minimum budget for acquisition requests.
  3. Describe what you need: why you want the name, your deadline and anything the broker should know.
  4. Send the request. You need to be signed in.

A broker is assigned and replies in the request thread under Broker Service in your member menu.

How the deal runs#

  1. The broker researches the domain and contacts the owner.
  2. You talk with the broker in the thread. They report offers and counter offers.
  3. When a price is agreed, the broker creates an order for you. You pay it through the normal checkout, with the same buyer protection.
  4. The domain is transferred to you and the request completes.

Fees and outcome#

The broker fee is shown on the Broker Service page and applies only to a completed deal. Not every owner will sell. If the owner refuses, the broker tells you and closes the request.

You can withdraw your request at any time before a deal is agreed.

Tip: listings above a certain price show an Ask a broker link. It starts a request for that domain with the name filled in.
