Your seller profile, ratings and badges

Buyers look at the seller before they buy. Your public profile shows who you are, your listings, your rating and your badges.

Set up your profile#

1. Open Public Seller Profile in your member menu.
2. Choose your profile address, write a few lines in About you and add your website and social links.
3. Set the Visibility of the profile, and add your photo or logo under Account Settings.

Ratings and reviews#

After an order completes, the buyer and the seller can review each other once, within a set period. A review has a star rating from 1 to 5 and a short text.

• See and write reviews under Reviews.
• You can reply to a review about you once, in public.
• A review that breaks the rules can be reported. Our team reviews reports.

Badges#

• Verified seller: identity verified and listings with confirmed ownership.
• Trusted seller: verified, well rated and completes sales.
• Top seller: among the best rated and most active sellers.

Badges are worked out from your record and updated regularly. Answering quickly, transferring on time and completing sales all help.
