Change, renew or cancel your plan

You manage your plan on the Membership page in your member menu.

Upgrade#

Pick a higher plan. The unused part of your current plan is credited against the new price, so you do not pay twice for the same days. The new plan starts when the payment is confirmed.

Downgrade#

Pick a cheaper plan. The change is scheduled for the end of your current period, so you keep what you paid for. If the cheaper plan allows fewer live listings, pause or remove some listings before the change.

Renewal#

• With auto-renew on, a renewal order is created a few days before the period ends. We tell you, and you pay it like any other order.
• If the renewal is not paid in time, a short grace period follows before the plan ends.
• You can switch auto-renew off at any time.

Cancel#

1. Open Membership and choose to cancel.
2. Give a reason if you like. It helps us improve.

A paid plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to the free plan. A trial ends at once. Changed your mind? Resume the plan before the period ends.
