After payment the seller transfers the domain by registrar push (same registrar) or by providing the authorisation code and unlocking the domain (different registrars). The standard deadline is 5 days for a push and 10 days for a registrar transfer. The buyer confirms receipt inside the transaction; a confirmation that is not given within 5 days of the transfer being reported complete is treated as given unless a dispute is open.
