Contact a seller with an inquiry
Have a question about a domain? Send the seller an inquiry from the listing page. The conversation stays on AIODomain, so there is a record if you need help later.
How to send an inquiry#
- Open the listing and press Contact the seller.
- Write your question. Be specific: what you want to know and, if you like, what you plan to use the name for.
- Send it. The seller gets a notice.
Replies appear under Messages, and we tell you by the channels you chose.
Rules for messages#
- You need a confirmed e-mail address to send inquiries.
- Do not share phone numbers or payment details to move the deal off the site. Messages are checked for spam.
- Use Report on a message that asks you to pay outside the marketplace.
Ready to agree a price?#
